MH Auto Club

Advisor/Sponsor: Jason Wheeler

Members are required to be former/current Auto Mechanic students and passed all safety tests.

a). Provide opportunities for student enrichment of automotive related repair knowledge and skills.

b). Provide opportunities for student development of workplace skills and career readiness.

c). Provide opportunities for student development of safe working habits.

d). Increase employability of students seeking careers in the automotive industry.


MEMBERSHIP

Section I.

Application for membership into the MH Auto Club is open to all past and present Automotive students

Section II.

It will be the responsibility of all MH Auto Club members to maintain acceptable academic standing in all classes. Members may be suspended from participation if they are not passing all of their classes or have any incomplete grades. Academic grade reports will be viewed weekly to insure students are meeting this criteria. Members will become eligible for participation again once academic requirements are met and grade reports viewed.

Section III.

Club members may be permanently expelled for violation of Auto Shop rules and guidelines. Any students exhibiting reckless behavior which poses danger to themselves or others and behaviors considered to be a nuisance to the school or community will be expelled indefinitely.
