Future Farmers of America (FFA) is open to ALL students! Reasons to join the largest youth leadership organization of over 500,000 members:

1. ACCESS to over 2 million dollars of SCHOLARSHIPS

2. TRAVEL to meet new people! Places could include Indianapolis, IN, White Lake, NC, Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC, Haywood Community College, and many high schools across the state.

3. COMPETE in contests that develop leadership and career skills - Parliamentary Procedure, Forestry, Agricultural Mechanics, Dairy Evaluation, Creed, Extemporaneous, Prepared Public Speaking and much more.

4. HAVE FUN - Mountain State Fair, Monthly Member Cookouts, FFA Recreational Camp at White Lake, Ag Olympics and many other events.

5. DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS - by attending leadership conferences, career development events, serving as an FFA officer, attending State and National Conventions.

6. SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY - Food/Toy drives, Care Packages for Soldiers, PALS Mentoring Program, Landscaping for Habitat for Humanity.

How to join:  Pay dues to FFA Treasurer or Mrs. Pope

Club Dues:  $25 annual fee (Receive a chapter T-shirt designed by students)
